Delivery Terms

At Landau Studio, we take great care to source the finest flowers and products for our customers. Please note that flowers sold online are perishable, and their lifespan can vary depending on variety, season, environment, and care. This means that the longevity of your flowers may differ. Flower availability is subject to seasonality and market conditions, so the final product may differ slightly from the images shown on our website. By accepting our terms, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

With proper care, your flowers should last between 3 to 7 days. To help extend their life, please follow these simple steps:

  • Keep your flower arrangement always in an air-conditioned room.
  • Don’t put your arrangement in direct sunlight.
  • Don’t place your flower arrangement near your fruit bowl, because ripening fruit emits a gas called ethylene which can cause cut flowers to age more rapidly.
  • If you have ordered a box or basked, the arrangement contains a floral sponge. Water it daily by pouring in some water (200–500 ml), depending on the size of your arrangement.

All flowers are delivered with a card providing care instructions. Please follow the instructions on the care card to ensure longivitiy of the flowers.

Cancellations and Refunds

Since all our work is made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind. However, if there is a quality issue or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Provide a description and images of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Landau Studio reserves the right to request photos of the original flowers. Any concerns about flower freshness must be reported to our team on the same day as delivery. To ensure quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement if the original flowers are discarded or if images are unavailable.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method and may take up to 7 business days.

Availability and Substitution

Our selection of fresh flowers varies daily due to seasonality, occasion, and inspiration, which means your order may differ from the product images on our website. These images are meant to represent the color theme and style rather than exact reproductions. We prioritize creative freedom and the opportunity to work with new flower varieties. If specific flowers or colors are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with suitable alternatives at our discretion, without prior notice.

Price and Payment

All prices (flowers, related goods, delivery, etc.) listed on our website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Landau Studio does not charge any tax. These prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required when placing your order through our online shop. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify and Xendit.

Self-Collection

You can choose to pick up your orders from our studio on Jl. Raya Semat, No.67 C, Tibubeneng, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, at no additional cost. Please choose a collection time slot during the checkout.

Last-Minute Orders

For same-day or next-day orders, please call or WhatsApp us at +62 877-3218-5111. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Policy

The delivery charge depends on the area of delivery. We have our own driver and try to deliver all flowers personally. However, on busy days we may also use external logistics services for our deliveries (such as Grab and Gojek). Due to this, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service and recommend opting for self-collection. While we will strive to meet your preferred delivery time, it may be subject to traffic conditions. Specific or out-of-hours deliveries may incur additional charges.

Please note, we do not deliver to:

  • Any areas outside Bali

We do not take responsibility for items once they leave the premises of Landau Studio.

Redelivery

Ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery at the stated address and time. If no one is available, we will wait until the client has returned.

Peak Period Delivery

Deliveries during peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas) may incur additional charges. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred delivery date and time during these busy periods.
